Unless told otherwise, while the office is open you will collect your key from the reception, which is located between the farmhouse and the Stables restaurant. If the office is closed, your key will be in your accommodation.

We have a licensed bar & restaurant The Stables, with alfresco dining options including a Tipi and BBQ Hut (pre-booking is highly advisable). There is a brand-new children’s play area with a zip line and bucket swing. Guests can enjoy our go-karts, football nets, and our two well-stocked fishing lakes (£5 per accommodation). We also offer a wellness spa with swim-spa, sauna, and ice bath, available for hire, on-site laundry facilities, and an off-lead dog exercise area.
Yes, there are laundry facilities available for a charge. Yew Tree Cottage, Breeze Lodge, Samphire Lodge and Caravan 10 have washing machines.
All cottages and lodges have an iron and an ironing board. Iron and ironing boards can be provided upon request for the luxury rooms, caravans and glamping pods.
Yes, we do. The Stables Bar & Restaurant is the perfect place to unwind with great food, refreshing drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We advise booking a table in advance, especially during peak times, as the restaurant can get very busy. You can book online or by calling 01507 451061. Opening hours may vary; please check before you arrive.
If you prefer to dine in the comfort of your accommodation, The Stables can provide meals as a takeaway for you to collect at your convenience (Please note: we recommend booking a takeaway slot during peak times, as staying on-site does not guarantee a table or takeaway if the restaurant is fully booked.)
We don’t have any evening entertainment. The Stables Bar & Restaurant is open every day until late.
Throughout the year events will be held in The Stables, some events will be ticketed, which you are more than welcome to join.

We are thrilled that more and more of our guests are using hybrid cars to help protect the environment. At present we do not have the facilities available for you to charge electric vehicles whilst on site. Please do not used any connectors/adapters to use the electricity from any of the accommodation.

Hot tubs are checked daily from 8:30 AM by a member of our team. Please note that the hot tub is not available from 8:30 AM on your day of departure, as it is drained, cleaned, and refilled for the next booking.
If any damage is found in the accommodation during its servicing, you will be sent an invoice for the cost to cover the repairs/clean. The invoice will need to be settled on receipt of the invoice, before further action is taken.
We will endeavour to discuss the damage charge first before issuing the invoice.
Please ensure that all members of your party have packed their belongings before departure.
If you do leave any items behind, we can post them back to you. Please note that the full cost of postage, plus an administration fee, will be charged. Alternatively, we are happy to hold onto the item until your next visit.

Mablethorpe – just a short drive; approx. 3 miles.
There is a bus stop a short walk into the village. You will be able to check the live bus times on google.
A couple of minutes’ drive there is a Spar shop at Grange Leisure. Slightly further into Mablethorpe there is a Tesco, Lidl, Coop, Heron and also smaller independent stores.
We advise you book taxis from the park well in advance. As we are located rurally, the taxi services are often booked up quite quickly – in particular weekends. A google search for ‘Mablethorpe Taxis’ will give you some local companies.
There are a number of attractions and local destinations to visit in the area. Mablethorpe.info is a great website for events in the area.

Mablethorpe is approx. 3 miles away, or slightly further to Sutton-on-Sea. If it is a typical seaside town you want, try Skegness, or a lovely beach for a quiet stroll then try Anderby Creek or Huttoft.
For bookings more than 6 weeks ahead
A minimum deposit of £100 per week/short break is required to guarantee any reservation in a Caravan, Cottage, Lodge and Glamping Pod. For the luxury rooms a 50% deposit of the total booking is required.
For bookings less than 6 weeks ahead
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We are unable to hold any reservation without a deposit.
Any deposit paid is non-refundable, unless we are unable, for any reason, to accept the booking.
If any booking is made, and the monies has not been received within 24 hours of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notification.
Your full balance is due to be settled 6 weeks before your arrival date.
You will receive email confirmation of any reservations made. You will also receive email confirmation once any deposits/payments have been received. You must ensure that you pay any amount required in accordance with the booking confirmation. If not, we will have the right to cancel your reservation, keeping any monies received. You should check the confirmation document carefully and notify Grange Farm Park immediately in case of any mistake or discrepancy.
In the event of local or national lockdowns issued from the Government, we will do our best to accommodate your booking at a later date.
You may pay by credit card, debit card or BACS. Our prices are inclusive and quoted in Pounds GB. You can pay online or over the phone.
Payment made to Graves Properties are prices inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Please quote your reference number and the name on the booking in all correspondence.
If you wish to amend the date of your agreed rental period with us, there will be a £20 administration fee. The request will only be accepted if the original booking is more than 6 weeks away, and the accommodation is available for the dates requested.
Please note that any change of date, will most likely involve a change in the price of your break, and the relevant amendment charge being added. If the price of the amended break is lesser than the original priced paid, no refund will be given.

We have designated areas to dine with your well-behaved dog(s).
During the off-season, well-behaved dogs are welcome in The Stables restaurant during quiet periods; however, during the summer we do not allow dogs inside.
Dogs are also welcome in the Tipi, under the stretch tent, the potting shed, and the BBQ hut.

No, all our accommodation is smoke & vape free; this includes the on-site restaurant. If you are found to be or have been smoking in your accommodation there will be a £100 fine. This will be billed as an invoice, which will need to be settled on receipt.
We ask that you are considerate and do not smoke in the door ways of the property.
Please discard of cigarette ends safely and responsibly. Please do not litter the park or your accommodation.
There is parking outside the caravans, cottages and lodges for a maximum of 2 vehicles; additional vehicles should be left in the overflow car park.
The luxury rooms are required to park in the main car park.
There is a drop off only point for the Glamping Pods, parking for the pods is in the overflow car park.
Restaurant guests – All restaurant guests can use the main car park.
There is disabled parking allocated near The Stables Bar & Restaurant entrance.
If you are staying in a luxury room, cottages or lodges, towels and bedding is provided. All beds are freshly made ready for arrival. Each guest will be provided with a hand towel, and bath sheet. If you are staying in a property with a hot tub then we recommend bringing your own towels for this.
If you are staying in a Caravan bedding is provided. All beds are freshly made ready for your arrival. Towels are not provided for caravan stays.
If you are staying in the Glamping pods, bedding in provided. All beds are freshly made ready for your arrival. You will be required to bring your own towels. We do not provide towels for use with the hot tub.

Yes. All our hot tubs are private and should only be used by people staying in your accommodation.
All guests must follow the health and safety guidelines.
It is advised that children under 7 do not use the hot tub as they cannot regulate their body temperature.
Anyone who is pregnant, or with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should consult with a doctor before use.
Only one of our properties has a hot tub under cover – The Dovecote Lodge.
We politely remind you that it is forbidden to bring your own gazebo/tent to erect over the hot tub.
No, we do not allow BBQ’s at the accommodation. If you wish to have a BBQ whilst you are here, you can hire the BBQ Hut at The Stables Bar & Restaurant. Please contact them direct to enquire and book.
Yes. Please ensure that the delivery is booked under the same name as your booking with us, and you contact details are correct should the delivery driver need to speak to you.
