The heart of the lodge is the bright and airy open-plan living space, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances, including an electric hob, oven, grill, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and a Bosch fridge-freezer with chilled water facility – everything you need for effortless self-catering. An iron and ironing board are also provided for added convenience during your stay.
Large doors open onto the enclosed veranda with outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy peaceful lake views throughout your stay. Step outside into your enclosed wellness area to unwind in your private hot tub or rejuvenate in the sauna – the perfect way to relax after a day exploring Lincolnshire’s countryside.
Guests can stay connected throughout their visit with complimentary Wi-Fi provided via a 5G Wi-Fi box.

Additional Information:
Otters Pocket is dog-friendly (charges apply), allowing you to bring up to two furry friends along. If you plan to leave your dog/s unattended at any time, please ensure they are secured in a suitable crate. Crates are also available to hire if required.
Freshly laundered towels, robes and bedding are provided as well as a hairdryer in both king bedrooms. Towels for the hot tub are not included. Parking for three cars is available at the property.
The hot tub and sauna are checked daily from 8:30 AM. Please note that the hot tub is unavailable from 8:30 AM on the day of departure. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
Check-in for all accommodation at Grange Farm Park is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. This allows our housekeeping team time to prepare your accommodation to a high standard before the next guests arrive.
Yes. The Stables Bar & Restaurant is located on site and serves freshly prepared meals, drinks, and desserts throughout the week. It’s a popular choice for both guests and locals, offering a relaxed atmosphere and great food just a short stroll from your accommodation.
Absolutely. Selected accommodations are dog friendly, so your four-legged friends are very welcome to join you. We just ask that dogs are kept on a lead around the park and never left unattended in the accommodation. Please check the individual accommodation before booking to confirm it allows pets.
