Oak Cottage is a unique 2-bedroom bungalow located in the heart of Grange Farm Park’s gorgeous courtyard, shared with three other cottages. It offers a generous sized open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with flat screen TV, which overlooks a fully fitted solid oak kitchen finished to a high standard with quality appliances including an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave – giving a true “home from home” feel. The cottage caters for both comfort and style, with accessibility features including wide doors and ground-floor access via ramp. Bedding and fluffy towels are provided.

Bedroom 1 – Super King Bed with En-Suite Bath:
A roomy bedroom with a super king-size bed, built-in storage, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a traditional bath, WC and basin – ideal for relaxing or unwinding in comfort.

Bedroom 2 – Twin Beds with En-Suite Wet-Room:
The second bedroom has two single beds and its own en-suite wet room with power shower, WC and basin – great for guests who prefer easier access and modern showering.

Additional Information:

Oak Cottage is dog-friendly (charges apply), allowing you to bring up to two furry friends along. If you plan to leave your dog/s unattended at any time, please ensure they are secured in a suitable crate. Crates are also available to hire if required.

Freshly laundered towels and bedding are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Parking is available at the property.

Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Internal and entrance doors are 32 inches wide, enhancing accessibility.

Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
