Lake View Cottage 2 is a beautiful semi-detached cottage in a prime setting at Grange Farm Park, offering panoramic views over the fishing lakes. The cottage features a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with direct French door access to the outdoor space. It’s furnished to a high standard and designed for comfort and scenic relaxation.

Bedroom 1 – King Bed with En-Suite:
The first bedroom is a king suite complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, WC, and basin — offering privacy and convenience.

Bedroom 2 – Twin Room with En-Suite:
The second bedroom offers two single beds and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath, WC and basin, ideal for additional guests or children.

Additional Information:

Lake View Cottage 2 includes a private hot tub, ideally situated with access from the French doors. The hot tub area is partially fenced, allowing for privacy from neighbouring properties. The hot tub is checked daily from 8:30 AM. Please note that the hot tub is unavailable from 8:30 AM on the day of departure. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.

Freshly laundered towels, robes and bedding are provided as well as a hairdryer. Towels for the hot tub are not included. Parking for two cars is available at the property. There is a sofa bed available; the additional charge for this is £40 and bedding is provided.

This cottage is dog-friendly (charges apply), allowing you to bring up to two furry friends along. If you plan to leave your dog/s unattended at any time, please ensure they are secured in a suitable crate. Crates are also available to hire if required.

Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
