Lake View Cottage 1 is a beautifully appointed semi-detached cottage situated in a prime location at Grange Farm Park. This cottage offers significant views over the tranquil fishing lakes, providing a peaceful retreat for guests. The accommodation features a modern open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring a convenient self-catering experience.
Bedroom 1 – King Bed with En-Suite:
The first-floor master bedroom is generously sized and furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC, and basin, offering privacy and convenience.
Bedroom 2 – Two Single Beds with En-Suite:
The second first-floor bedroom is also spacious, featuring two single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath, WC, and basin, accommodating guests with flexibility.
Additional Information:
Lake View Cottage 1 includes a private hot tub, ideally situated with access from the French doors. The hot tub area is partially fenced, allowing for privacy from neighbouring properties. The hot tub is checked daily from 8:30 AM. Please note that the hot tub is unavailable from 8:30 AM on the day of departure. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
Freshly laundered towels, robes and bedding are provided as well as a hairdryer. Towels for the hot tub are not included. Parking for two cars is available at the property. There is a sofa bed available; the additional charge for this is £40 and bedding is provided.
This cottage is dog-friendly (charges apply), allowing you to bring up to two furry friends along. If you plan to leave your dog/s unattended at any time, please ensure they are secured in a suitable crate. Crates are also available to hire if required.
Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
Check-in for all accommodation at Grange Farm Park is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. This allows our housekeeping team time to prepare your accommodation to a high standard before the next guests arrive.
Yes. The Stables Bar & Restaurant is located on site and serves freshly prepared meals, drinks, and desserts throughout the week. It’s a popular choice for both guests and locals, offering a relaxed atmosphere and great food just a short stroll from your accommodation.
Absolutely. Selected accommodations are dog friendly, so your four-legged friends are very welcome to join you. We just ask that dogs are kept on a lead around the park and never left unattended in the accommodation. Please check the individual accommodation before booking to confirm it allows pets.
