Cowslip Cottage is a purpose-built, luxury self-catering holiday cottage located in Maltby le Marsh, just a few miles from Blue Flag award-winning sandy beaches and a short drive from the Lincolnshire Wolds and the historic Cathedral City of Lincoln. This exceptional holiday home features four en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. Pets are welcome (downstairs only).

Bedroom 4 – First Floor Twin with En-Suite:

Additional Information:
The large, fully enclosed garden is perfect for children to play in and explore, while adults can relax in the six-person hot tub, which is checked daily at 8:30 am. Please note that the hot tub is unavailable from 8:30 am on the day of departure. The furnished patio area is ideal for outdoor dining. The cottage includes a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a downstairs toilet.

Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
