Caravan 3 at Grange Farm Park is a comfortable self-catering caravan designed for families or small groups. It features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining space with large bay windows, and a wraparound veranda with outdoor seating. Sleeping up to six guests, this dog-friendly accommodation provides a peaceful base for exploring the Lincolnshire coast and countryside.
Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom
The master bedroom includes a double bed, ample storage, and direct access to a convenient en-suite WC. This room offers a calm, comfortable space to unwind after a day out.

Caravan 3 has both an en-suite WC and a separate shower room with modern fittings. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, and cookware, while the open-plan lounge and dining area provides a spacious, sociable environment to relax and enjoy meals together. Outside, the wraparound veranda with outdoor furniture is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Bed linen is provided, and all beds are made up for your arrival. Towels and tea towels are not included, so please bring your own.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am to allow time for cleaning between guests. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
Check-in for all accommodation at Grange Farm Park is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. This allows our housekeeping team time to prepare your accommodation to a high standard before the next guests arrive.
Yes. The Stables Bar & Restaurant is located on site and serves freshly prepared meals, drinks, and desserts throughout the week. It’s a popular choice for both guests and locals, offering a relaxed atmosphere and great food just a short stroll from your accommodation.
Absolutely. Selected accommodations are dog friendly, so your four-legged friends are very welcome to join you. We just ask that dogs are kept on a lead around the park and never left unattended in the accommodation. Please check the individual accommodation before booking to confirm it allows pets.
