Ash Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom bungalow located beside the courtyard at Grange Farm Park, offering courtyard access through French doors or a back entrance for ground-floor parking convenience. The property features a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with high quality appliances – dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer – and a solid oak dining table ideal for family meals. This cottage balances countryside charm with practicality for extended or weekend stays.

Bedroom 1 – Super King Bed with En-Suite Full Bath:
This spacious bedroom includes a super king bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over bath, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2 – Twin Room with En-Suite Wet Room:
The second bedroom features two single beds and a dedicated accessible wet room with a power shower, WC, and basin. Grab rails are fitted to assist guests with mobility needs.

Additional Information:

Ash Cottage is dog-friendly (charges apply), allowing you to bring up to two furry friends along. If you plan to leave your dog/s unattended at any time, please ensure they are secured in a suitable crate. Crates are also available to hire if required.

Freshly laundered towels and bedding are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Parking is available at the property.

Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Internal and entrance doors are 32 inches wide, enhancing accessibility.

Please note we are a weddings and events venue. Most events take place in the tipi, restaurant, and surrounding patio/garden areas, with all outdoor music ending by 11pm. Events do not take place every week but are more frequent during the summer months. If you would prefer to minimise sound disruption, please check the park map and choose a property further from the restaurant.
