You are welcome to use the facilities if you arrive early, but please do not enter your property before 4pm. Early check in is not available. Full arrival instructions will be sent by email before your stay, so please read them carefully.
Check out for the caravans, cottages, lodges and glamping pods is 10am.
Check out for the luxury rooms is 11am.

The Stables Bar & Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, evening meals and light bites, along with a wide range of drinks. We recommend booking in advance between 6:30 and 8pm as it gets busy. Takeaway meals are also available to enjoy in your accommodation. Menus and times can be viewed under The Stables information tab.
We have a licensed bar & restaurant The Stables (pre-booking is highly advisable), 2 well stocked fishing lakes (this is complimentary for our holiday guests), and a children’s play area, with go-karts and ride on tractors.
Yes. All our hot tubs are private and for the use of guests staying in your accommodation.
Children under 7 should not use them, and anyone pregnant or with health concerns should seek medical advice first. Only The Dovecote Lodge has a covered hot tub, and personal gazebos or tents are not permitted.
For bookings more than 6 weeks ahead, a deposit is required (£100 per week/short break, or 50% for luxury rooms). The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
For bookings less than 6 weeks ahead, full payment is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot accept the booking.
You will receive confirmation emails for all payments, and reservations without payment within 24 hours will be cancelled.
Enjoy a stay the whole family can share, with dedicated dog friendly accommodation at Grange Farm Park. We have exercise areas for your four legged friends, plus dining spaces at The Stables where dogs are welcome too.
