Ownership at Grange Farm Park

Grange Farm Park are a newly developed Caravan Park, offering a limited amount of pitches to owners. We are one of the very few sites locally which offer a 12 month site licence, which means you can enjoy your holiday home all year round!

Owning your own holiday home in Maltby-Le-Marsh is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing break in the country whenever you feel the need to escape. The coastal location of Grange Farm Park is ideal for those who want to relish the seaside towns of Mablethorpe and Skegness and also for those who want to enjoy the cultural heritage of Lincolnshire.

We are a small family run site and have been welcoming guests since 1981. We pride ourselves on creating a communal atmosphere among our guests and would like this to continue throughout our park. We want our owners to feel as though they are part of a community where you can get to know and see your neighbours throughout the year.

We have a fabulous location as well as two well-stocked fishing lakes for our residents only.

We are currently working alongside ‘Skegness Caravan Sales’ who offer a range of different caravans/lodges which are suitable for our park.  We also sell our own caravans and have worked alongside Lissett to bring on our flagship Lodge.
